| 1. What is an eBook? The term eBook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book in digital form that can be read on your PC. They come in many formats including PDF, EXE and Word. 2. Do I need any special software to read an eBook? Most eBooks can be read using the default software of your computer. For eBooks in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained from www.adobe.com. eBooks in Word format will require Microsoft Word. Many eBooks come in exe format which can be read on any PC. You will also need extracting software such as Winzip ( www.winzip.com ) to unpack your purchase from the ZIP folder that it will arrive in. 3. Can I read eBooks on PDAs? Yes, you can read PDF eBooks on a Palm OS device using Adobe Reader for Palm OS v3 or higher. You must first download the eBook to a PC or MacOS X computer using Adobe Reader and then transfer to the PDA.

Why should I read eBooks instead of paper books? eBooks have a number of advantages including immediate availability, an enhanced reading experience through highlighting, search and notes. eBooks can also be read out loud for you by the computer (if enabled by publisher). 5. Can I print my eBooks? One of the main advantages of PDF eBooks is that they can be printed if the publisher has enabled printing. As with Master Resale Rights, the purchased product will be accompanied by a "Resellers Agreement", with certain terms, and rules that you must abide by. 10. What are Master Resale Rights? Master Resale Rights allow you to purchase a product whether it be an ebook, software, or website template, and own a limited copyright to that product. For instance: you can purchase an ebook with resale rights, and you are free to resell this ebook as many times and you wish and you will never be required to pay the original author of that ebook any royalties whatsoever. You have purchased the Resale Rights, therefore it is 100% yours, and the money you earn from it. There are certain distribution rules that you must abide by, according to the document that accompanies the product you have purchased. This document is usually called a 'Reseller Agreement", "Resale License", or other variations. It is important that abide by the terms of that reseller agreement, as not doing so may result in copyright infringement on your part. 4. We must be able to pass on giveaway rights to our customers so that they too can give it away.
We do prefer that you provide us with an ebook, or software box overshot so that we can can provide a quality image for showcasing the product. This is not required, just preferred.

Must contain quality, useful information
Must be at least 10 pages (not overloaded with ads)
eBook cover is mandatory, salespage included is even better.
Must be in PDF format (people are really moving away from Windows eBooks)
We must have prominent placement on the first page of ebook, ie, sponsored by.... or something like that.
Must include, resale rights, or giveaway rights license, in PDF. Please contact us to request the above. 13. Are any refunds available? Yes. Unlike most we offer a 30 days Full money-back guarantee for the products cost. If a refund is processed then you will lose all rights to the product including resale rights. Unfortunately due to the fact that all products are distributed via download there is no way of tracking a product, and in some cases a refund request will be evaluated, especially if the refund is for a large quantity of products. We have all necessary monitoring systems to protect our assets by law.
